Richland County Quality of Life Assessment

The Richland County Quality of Life Assessment is a summary of an on-going community building process through Communities in Action. The Quality of Life Assessment stands as Richland County's community health assessment (CHA), and provides an in-depth look at living, working, raising a family, and retiring in Richland County, Montana.

This Assessment is meant to be a living, dynamic document used by Communities in Action and other local agencies to address quality of life challenges that affect all those who live, work and recreate in Richland County.

The Quality of Life Assessment is organized into five sections: demographics, health behaviors, clinical care, social and economic factors, and physical environment. These data sets are interactive and designed to be updated when new data are available, and revised as we learn more about specific health issues or make progress in improving conditions in Richland County.

Our interactive charts are meant to be downloaded and used by community members. These charts may be useful in showcasing quality of life in Richland County to potential employees; for providing support for grant applications; for tracking health and quality of life metrics; and for building action plans to address quality of life issues.

We hope that this assessment and the community-building process will improve the health of all in Richland County.
