Community Data

Secondary data serves as the foundation of data collection and analysis for the assessment. Indicators included in the assessment are those which perform more poorly than the nation and are relevant to studying community health needs. The following indicators present information related to the Assessed Health Issues and Common Threads. Data is pulled from various external sources, such as the American Community Survey, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the US Department of Agriculture.

Occasionally, a county will not appear in a chart. This is either because there is no data available for the county, or because it has been suppressed. Data is suppressed when the rate is considered unreliable.
