FameFathers Precious Cargo

Who We Are

FameFathers is a part of a national and state initiative to promote responsible, committed and involved fathers in Northeast Ohio. We advocate for fathers on issues such as visitation, custody, parenting time, child support and other concerns. FameFathers also offers community events celebrating fathers such as the annual FameFathers Walk, Grilling with Dads, and Dads Day at the Ball Park.

What We Do

Recognizing infant mortality as being a major issue, FameFathers is determined to be a part of the solution. We recently launched a series of training sessions to educate fathers on the issue of infant mortality. Upon completion of the training, participants will have a choice to receive: a Pack “N” Play, Daddy Pack (Men’s diaper bag), 100+ diapers. For couples completing the co-parenting session they can receive a crib.

Co-Parenting Session

The father-mother relationship is the most important relationship in the life of a child. It is the blueprint that a child uses in every relationship they develop. Helping mothers and fathers effectively co-parent may be the most helpful way you can help fathers, mothers, and children.

Working together to make an impact.

FameFathers has partnered with non-profit agencies, hospitals, community leaders, and the faith community to address this issue. Our goal is to educate and enlighten thousands of residents in our community but more specifically train 200 local fathers and first time dads over the next 24-months. We have already begun offering the courses and to date we have trained 86 individuals. With the increase popularity of these sessions we anticipate the number growing rapidly.
