Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) are conditions or non-medical factors that impact the health and well-being of individuals, families, communities, and countries. These social and economic environments influence conditions or factors may be related to where people are born, where they live (geography), or the influence of places where we work, play, and pray. Disparities in socioeconomic status contribute to health inequity.
